Milling & Slitting

Slitting Action

A blade is used to make an incision along one of the layers. This slices the very edge of the envelope, which unlike other cutting machines, decreases the risk of damaging the envelopes' contents and leaves no waste.

ADVANTAGES - (in comparison with Milling)

No Waste
Milling Action

A Milling Machine takes precisely 0.2mm away from the edge of the envelope. This better guarantees that the contents are not damaged. The milling process leaves a clean edge on the open side, producing paper chips that are retained within an integrated chamber.

ADVANTAGES - (in comparison with Slitting)

No Damaged Contents
